Information and purposes
LANSO handles account and contact information, password hashes, order details, and payment status to provide purchases, downloads, support, important notices, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Payment providers manage card details; LANSO does not retain complete card numbers.
Optional analytics
Only if you agree, LANSO records anonymous visits, campaign classifications, product and gallery actions, and purchase steps using Cloudflare and Supabase. No names, emails, form entries, authentication tokens, or full URLs are included in these events. Anonymous sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Event data is removed by scheduled cleanup after 30 days. Anonymous checkout attribution may remain with Stripe payment records. IP addresses are converted to daily hashes for rate limits; raw IPs are not stored in the event database. You can withdraw consent using Analytics settings without losing access to purchases.
License checks
Downloaded templates include a random license ID. Published templates report that ID, template name and version, and host name to LANSO for one-project license management, misuse investigation, support, and purchase-history usage information. The license check does not set cookies or device identifiers. The Japanese policy describes the information and exclusions in detail.
Providers and your requests
External services include Stripe and Cloudflare. Information is retained as needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations. Contact lanso@dezainaz.com about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests; identity verification may be required.
